Carriage Lane Community

Carriage Lane is a cornerstone development located on the east side of
140th Ave. SE, south of SE Petrovitsky Road.

As their sign proudly shows, Carriage Lane is one of the first communities built in the Fairwood area in the mid-1960s. One of the distinctives about this neighborhood is the very large lots.

This development has no homeowners association.

Fairwood, a friendly bedroom community is a short commute to a variety of Puget Sound locations, including a 30-45 minute commute to Downtown Seattle.
